For a daytime symposium, guests are welcomed at the front reception desk and invited up the Grand Staircase to Registration and continental breakfast in the second floor foyer. Conference attendees may visit sponsor tables in the adjoining Ashhurst Hall.  There is a meeting plannery session for 300 in Mitchell using the sound system and A/V projector and screen, followed by a buffet lunch in Ashhurst.  When the afternoon lecture concludes, your attendees are invited to the Marble Rotunda on the first floor for a closing reception.

For a smaller conference, you may want to begin the day with breakfast and registration in Hutchinson Parlor followed by a meeting for 30 in Gross Library.  Lunch is served in Hutchinson. Perhaps you break up the day or conclude your session with a tour of the Mütter Museum.

An evening presentation could begin with a reception in Hutchinson Parlor and Gross Library for up to 70 guests with a docent-led tour of the Mütter Museum, followed by a presentation and seated dinner in Thomson, or an evening presentation and program in Mitchell Hall followed by a post-lecture reception in Ashhurst.

As home to the one of the oldest medical academies in the country, The College is a perfect setting for any type of meeting of the minds.  Discuss all the different possibilities with a  meeting planner in our facilities rental office.
